High strength 5005 Aluminium Plate Alloy 2mm 3mm 4mm for Architectural applications 5005 aluminium alloy plate is an aluminium alloy with good resistance to atmospheric corrosion. It is used in decorative and architectural applications. It is a member of the 5000 series of aluminum-magnesium wrought alloys. As such, it is not used in casting. It can attain moderate to high strength by cold working, and has relatively high welded strength compared to other aluminum alloy families. Tempers H116 and H321 can be used in fresh and salt water

3003 Aluminum Sheet Features ♦ Alloy: 3003 ♦ Temper: H14, H16, H18, H22, H24, H26, O ♦ Thickness(mm):0.25-10 ♦ Width(mm):800-2200 ♦ This series aluminum sheet is anticorrosive and its production technology is good. ♦ The main ingredient in it is manganese element and the content is between 1.0% and 1.5%. 3000 Aluminum Sheet Applications As a result of its good property in anti-corrosion, this series aluminum sheet is commonly used in moist environments like air conditioners, refrigerators, at the bottom of cars, etc. 3000 series aluminum sheet is approx 20% stronger than the 1000 series, has great workability and may be deep drawn, spun, welded or brazed. The 3000series aluminum sheet is widely used for general purposes. The Alloy are including the AA3003, AA3004, AA3005, AA3102, AA3105, Temper O, H14, H18, H24, H26, H111, H112, F, From thickness 0.2mm-350mm, width 500mm-2300mm, length 500mm-110000mm. With Plain, five bar, stucco, diamond, or mirror surface process, Or coated with PE, PVDF, BRUSH etc. There is (CC) cold rolling and (DC) hot rolling Line. 3003 Aluminum Sheet Approx. 20% higher strength than the 1100 series, but retaining an excellent workability rating. May show some slight discoloration when anodized, but reacts well to mechanical and organic finishings. 3003 is easily welded and brazed, but solder is limited to the torch method. Like 1100, tends to be “gummy” when machined. Non-heat treatable.Typical applications include food and chemical equipment, appliance components, truck and trailer roofing, heat exchangers, and lawn furniture components

6061 aluminum alloy is a high-quality aluminum alloy product produced by heat treatment and pre-stretching process. Although its strength cannot be compared with 2XXX series or 7XXX series, its magnesium and silicon alloys have many characteristics, excellent processing performance and excellent welding characteristics. And electroplating, good corrosion resistance, high toughness and no deformation after processing, dense material without defects and easy to polish, easy to color film, excellent oxidation effect and other excellent characteristics. The main alloying elements of 6061 aluminum alloy are magnesium and silicon, and form Mg2Si. If it contains a certain amount of manganese and chromium, it can neutralize the bad effects of iron; sometimes a small amount of copper or zinc is added to improve the strength of the alloy without significantly reducing its corrosion resistance; there is still a small amount of conductive material. copper to offset the adverse effects of titanium and iron on electrical conductivity; zirconium or titanium can refine grains and control recrystallization; in order to improve machinability, lead and bismuth can be added. Mg2Si is solid-dissolved in aluminum, which makes the alloy have artificial aging hardening function. The main alloying elements in 6061 aluminum alloy are magnesium and silicon, which have medium strength, good corrosion resistance, weldability, and good oxidation effect.

custom Rectangular busbar square angle EN AW 1350 aluminum Flat bus bar Pure aluminum has a conductivity of about 65 percent of the International Annealed Copper Standard (lACS). Aluminum can be produced 99.99 percent pure; however, this purity is costly to achieve and the mechanical properties are low. Aluminum 1350 is a commercial high-purity aluminum with 61 percent conductivity. The tensile strength of each 1350 temper is determined by the amount of work given the metal during fabrication. Today, most 1350 aluminum bus conductors are of -Hlli temper for extrusions, -H112 for sawed rolled plate, and -F for cast bars. The designations 1350-F and 1050 are often used in the trade for designating cast bus bars made by run-out into sand molds,or continuous run-out through an orifice.
